Owens Electric Co' Construction treats each customer with unparalleled professionalism, attention to detail and respect, whether it is a design/build or bid/build project. We are members of the Builders Exchange plan rooms and, with our own plotter in-house, we are able to print .pdf, .tiff and .cad drawings. This allows us to provide our services in a timely and cost-effective manner not only in the design/bid phase, but during construction as well.

Owens Electric Co Commercial Services Division provides ongoing, year-round maintenance for retail centers and commercial property owners and property managers. Proactive and regular check-ups can save owners considerable operations costs. That’s a savings that property managers are proud to pass along to their clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Our Commercial Services Division also performs indoor and outdoor electrical maintenance, including bucket truck services and parking lot lighting maintenance.
